Preparation: The practitioner of shamanic hypnotherapy will work with the individual to prepare for the session, discussing their goals and expectations, and answering any questions they may have.
Induction: The practitioner will then guide the individual into a state of hypnosis, usually through the use of visualization, suggestion, and breathing techniques.
Journey: Once in the hypnotic state, the practitioner will take the individual on a journey, typically to a non-ordinary reality where they can explore their subconscious mind and connect with their inner wisdom.
Healing: During this journey, the individual can explore their past experiences, emotions, and beliefs, and work towards resolving any emotional blockages or traumas. The shamanic hypnotherapist may also guide the individual through a healing process, using visualization and suggestion to promote physical and emotional healing.
Integration: After the session, the individual will be guided back to their normal state of consciousness and encouraged to integrate the insights and experiences from the journey into their daily life.
